Class Details

The primary search continues to be the fundamental drive behind the existence of the fire service. This class is designed to reinforce the importance of the operation of search in our world of the consummate professional. Through case studies, thermal imaging and helmet cam videos of fire ground rescues, and proven real world successes and failures, this class will expand the students aggressive search mindset. An interactive, fact based presentation to fully benefit the citizen we serve.

    Lieutenant, Cobb County Fire Dept.

    Dustin Martinez is a 14 year student of the fire service, spending the last nine years with Cobb Conty Fire and Emergency services.. He has been fortunate to work under some of the best mentors, officers, and leaders in the fire service, and looks to pass on knowledge and information shared with him. He has instructed at MAFFC, Firehouse Expo, FDIC, Oathkeepers Fire Conference, the Georgia Smoke Diver Program, and other venues throughout the southeast. He is currently a Lieutenant assigned to Engine Company 22.
