Instructor Brian Marcos

Brian Marcos is the Deputy Fire Chief with Smyrna Fire Department (GA.), where he has served for 12 years. He has been a lead instructor with the Metro Atlanta Fire Firefighters Conference since 2014 and holds certifications as a Fire Instructor 2, Fire Department Executive (FOIV), Blue Card Command Certified, Georgia Smoke Diver, and Paramedic. He is a member of the Metro Atlanta Fire Chiefs Association and Georgia Association of Fire Chiefs. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fire Administration and is a graduate of the Cobb Leadership program.  Brian is a father to 3 children and has been married to his wife, Ashley, for 13 years.
