Logistics Lead

  • To insure that all logistical needs are met for conference.
  • Will supervise all logistics team leaders and provide support for each team leader.
  • Will report directly to conference chair or co-chair.
  • Should be directly involved with the selection process for hands-on and classroom sessions.
  • Coordinate all logistical needs for classes with instructor selection group.
  • Coordinate logistic needs with offsite locations.
  • Supervise and support the following Team Leaders
    • Food
    •  Tools and Equipment
    • Classroom
    • Transportation
    • Volunteers
    • Equipment check-in
  • Make every effort to use good judgement when making purchases for classes
